North Georgia Boating Club is Family, Friends and Boating.
The organization 's primary mission is to promote safe Boating. Boating should be done in small doses and in a safe environment. That's why we are fans and proponents of lakeside accommodations "cabins, houses and other". Our boats are sometimes called vacation rental boats because when you secure a lakefront vacation rental reservation you want to make sure you can get a boat for the entire length of your stay. By far the best way to accomplish this is to join North Georgia Boating Club. After 1st day fees standard club boats are as little as $150 per day to keep additional days.
Founding of The North Georgia Boating Club
2023 Represents our 10th season on the water. Success is an understatement....Our fleet of boats have been upgraded every year. Our members and their guests have enjoyed endless hours on the water with only a few minor incidents involving no injury and very little damage to our boats. The boat club's challenge is to inject safety without removing the fun. Boats are not available to regular members on an hourly or daily basis, instead the boats are issued to members for multiple days at a time. This takes the rush and hurry out of the equation. When issuing the boat to each member the boat club has developed effective protocol involving, the captain's meeting designed to familiarize the boater with the boat. We confirm knowledge of basic boating safety. The beginner and novice boater have thrived with this interaction.
